Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United States.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours before dispatch. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate below.
Estimated delivery
Delivery usually takes 7–12 days after dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimated delivery times, and carrier delays can occasionally affect arrival.
Standard shipping costs
- Orders over $50: free standard shipping.
- Orders of $50 or less: $4.99 standard shipping.
All amounts are in US dollars. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery questions or delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, email contact@bloomilokids.com with your order number so we can look into it.
If we cannot dispatch your order within the promised processing time, we will contact you with an update and offer the choice to accept the revised dispatch date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Address changes
Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
